The Jacob's Island Concierge office is
staffed 24 hours including weekends and public holidays. On Mondays to
Saturday there is a full compliment of staff with reduced staff in the
evenings and at night. The Concierge Office is situated on George Row
by the entrance to the underground car park. They have full access to
views of the site through the extensive CCTV coverage.
The staff on duty varies but the 2
members who have been with the site since its inception and who work
during the week are John and Sandra Clatworthy. If you want to

Services
The staff in the concierge office
provide a number of services to residents in addition to helping run
the development:
- Issue Security Cards
- Accept parcel deliveries
- Monitor CCTV
- Monitor illegal use of the land
along the river
- Supervise access to your apartment
in your absence
- Log faults with the communal areas
of the development
- Act as keyholder for your apartment.
