Concerning cookies and your use of this site
A cookie is a short unique string of characters which is retained in your internet browser for a length of time. It can be used to identify your computer during a visit to a website, or from one visit to the next, and can enable other data you may provide wittingly or unwittingly to be linked to the same computer. A cookie is given an expiry time by the application which sets the cookie. The Association does not set permanent cookies nor marketing software on your local computer for the purposes of tracking visitors to this site between visits, but may set an ephemeral cookie to enable use of parts of this site during a visit or "session." If you elect to log in automatically to the Forum, an ephemeral cookie will be placed on your computer to enable this.
Also in the forum, your Internet Protocol address, which is the identifier that enables a web page to be served to your computer on request, will be recorded. This is to help counter potential abuse of the Forum facilities.
Your use of this website implies that you consent to this website's use of cookies.
